Cette cuvée est issue de vieilles vignes de Pinot Noir agées de 80 ans. Ce millésime 2019 est un vin puissant, suave avec des tanins ronds. Les terroirs de silex sur calcaire lui apporte une belle fraîcheur. Nous avons donc un grand vin de Bourgogne complexe et parfaitement équilibré. Ce vin est un clin d'œil à notre union fraternelle autour de notre passion pour la vigne et le vin. Le vortex représenté sur l'étiquette illustre un des éléments piliers dans l'utilisation des préparations biodynamiques.
