White 2020

Cette cuvée 2020 est issue du climat "Les Gandines", où ont été plantées les premières vignes du domaine en 1925. Cette parcelle historique d'environ 1.20 ha était la seule vigne que notre arrière-grand-père et notre grand-père cultivaient. Les sols calcaires ferrugineux très peu profonds offrent de petits rendements de 35 hl/ha. Le vin est charnu, avec des arômes de fruits exotiques, d'agrumes et de fleurs blanches. La bouche est souple avec une finale longue et acidulée.
