Ce vin est issu de très vieilles vignes de 90 ans, plantées sur des sols caillouteux. La culture biologique y est pratiquée depuis 2005 et les préparations biodynamiques utilisées depuis 2012. La vendange est manuelle, le vin est élaboré à 50 % en foudre de chêne et 50 % en cuve inox. La fermentation est naturelle, et il contient une faible quantité de sulfites (60 mg/l), le vin est élevé sur lies pendant 8 mois. C'est un grand vin de Mâcon très élégant, avec une très belle matière et une belle acidité.
